The Finest Grainfed Beef

FN Global Meat has been a specialist in grain fed beef for over ten years. This high quality beef is imported from Uruguay, Argentina and Australia for the European market.

Grain-fed beef comes from young bulls raised on pasture and then fattened on a specially balanced diet. The cattle come from English cattle breeds such as Angus and Hereford and are specially selected for their meat quality. This results in super tender and flavorful meat, very consistent in quality and much loved by butchers and chefs.

The Finest Grassfed Beef

FN Global Meat imports top-quality grass-fed beef from Argentina, uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil and New Zealand. What these southern hemisphere countries all have in common is the vastness of the landscape and the space cattle have to grow up naturally.

For premium quality meat production, young bulls of English and European breeds are used. Well-known products from the Argentine steak restaurant, for example, are tenderloin, ribeye, sirloin steak and rump steak but also tailpiece, bullet steak and other technical parts for meat processing are imported, both fresh and frozen.

The Finest Grassfed Lamb

From New Zealand, FN Global Meat imports a total range of fresh and frozen lamb. New Zealand lamb grows up completely natural. The lambs graze exclusively on open natural pastures. This produces pure lamb, free of additives. Regular rain, rich nutritional soil and a mild climate with mild winters and long warm summers allows the lambs to graze outdoors year-round.

Weekly sea containers of fresh and frozen lamb as well as mutton are imported. The lamb is available year-round and is very popular in the catering industry and butcher shops.

The Finest Ibérico Pork

Ibérico is known as the most flavorful pork in the world. Known for its Pata Negra ham, this meat is highly marbled due to its breed type, lifestyle and diet.

The range of Ibérico pork includes Secreto, Rib fingers, Frenched racks and Loin ribs. These are very popular products in the Dutch catering industry but also at quality butcher shops.
