There is a lot of science behind this quality program. From the selection of genetics, the development of the feed, the continuous monitoring of the health and animal welfare of the cattle to the production and packaging of the final product. All together makes Novillo Real a highly coveted product since 2012.

New since 2024 is Novillo Real Black Angus. A special program under the Novillo Real banner. A much sought after addition for the ever growing demand for 100% Black Angus grain fed beef from Uruguay.
