CHAIN RESPONSIBILITY
At FN Global Meat, food safety is central to every step of the chain. As a committed player within the meat industry, we take our responsibility very seriously. We work exclusively with parties who meet strict requirements in terms of quality, origin and safety of meat products.

The European Union has extensive laws and regulations that guarantee safe and controlled production of livestock and meat within Europe. These rules form the basis for a high level of food safety. However, FN Global Meat goes beyond the minimum regulations and imposes additional requirements on all our suppliers, including mandatory GFSI certifications (such as BRC). In this way, we not only ensure food safety in the chain, but also food safety in the company itself.

WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT
In our GFSI-certified cold and freezer stores, all incoming and outgoing meat flows are closely monitored. FN Global Meat maintains strict inventory management, guaranteeing optimum freshness and food safety. By having continuous insight into the conditions of storage and handling, we are able to maintain a high level of food safety in the company. We ensure that the meat meets all the required quality and hygiene standards throughout the entire storage period.

DISTRIBUTION
For the transport of our meat products, we use regular logistics partners specialized in conditioned transport. Thanks to their expertise in transporting chilled and frozen meat, we can fully guarantee food safety even during transport. These partners have all the necessary certifications and processes required for safe and hygienic distribution. Thus, from production to delivery, food safety is fully integrated into FN Global Meat's way of working.
